B.A.R.K. has been rescuing dogs in Ventura and Los Angeles County for over 15 years.

All B.A.R.K. dogs are spayed or neutered and have current vaccinations. Adoption process includes home check, contract and adoption donation between $250 - $350 (varies per dog). For more information and a pre-adoption application contact:

We also love and rescue Welsh Corgis

Please bring your whole family so we can match the appropriate dog for you.

If you would like to visit with one of the pets you see listed here, please give us a call ahead of time and we will bring that dog with us. Or you can make a weekday appointment.

WE ALSO NOW PROVIDE PET SITTING AND IN -HOME MEDICAL CARE!

We are a rescue organization centered in Ventura County, CA. We have no kennel facility, our animals are in foster homes and part of someone's family until they find a home of their own. If you would like to meet a dog you see featured on our site please email us and we will get back to you within 2 days. If you do not see a dog you would like to adopt please check back often as we do have new arrivals all the time.

Foster Homes Needed for Rescued Dogs
Prefer 15 mile radius of Simi Valley, CA. Food and other necessities can be provided. All dogs are altered, current on shots and micro-chipped. Length of foster min 30 days, max 90 days. Please complete an application.
